Reception is open every day from 08:30 to 17:00, May to October and 08:30 to 16:00, Nov to February. Reception is closed at weekends from October to February.
Diesel Fuel is not available until further notice.
Gas (re-fills only) available from reception:
Maritime regulations forbid the carriage of diesel or gas on the ferry.
Marine oil is available by the litre - please supply your own container.
WI-FI Connection is available for free - please ask for the password at reception.
The broadband connection to the marina isn't massive and so you will not get the fastest or strongest signal you have ever had. Please don't even try to download large files or to watch films as you will only end up frustrating yourself and the other users.
Water Supply - the marina has high quality potable water available from a natural spring on the island. As we are supplied by natural spring for our water supply we ask that consideration be given when using water. During dry months we ask day visitors to refrain from filling from our taps.
All guests are asked to use sea water only for boat cleaning. This is mandatory during the summer season when water levels can be low. Due to consistent breach of this rule to prevent washing, water supply to the pontoons is turned off at nights. Drinking water is available 24/7 from the tap at the top of the bridge and from a tap behind the main shed.
Hosepipes and tap connectors can be borrowed from reception.
Electricity supply is 240 volt, 16 amp and wired to UK specifications.
Electricity cards can be obtained from reception or the Waypoint Bar & Grill. There is a fully refundable deposit on the card and you will also be refunded any unused units. Current charges are 15p/unit.
Waste - disposal of general waste is available behind the reception with recycling of paper/card, plastics and glass. Please ask if you wish to dispose of any industrial matter such as oil or batteries.
Non EU food waste - To comply with Control Regulations of Category 1 animal by-products; all non EU catering waste must be double bagged and put in the appropriate bins.
ICW is subject to strict handling and disposal controls.

A limited supply of essential groceries and chandlery are available in our small shop. We are happy to advise of outlets for any additional needs you may have.
If you require petrol, the Puffin Dive Centre in the Sound of Kerrera can supply this. You are advised to phone first, as access is subject to tides. Their number is 01631 566088.

Pets residing in the UK are permitted in the marina.
They must be kept on a lead and you are asked to clean up any mess made by your dog
Owners with pets arriving from foreign ports must keep them on board at all times. It is an offence to land an animal from foreign countries without the appropriate quarantine period and or necessary paperwork.
Good hygiene must be adhered to at all times.
